      My residents are my only pros. Corporate brought me down. Didn't train me and work with me, just fired me.

      See above. I loved my job, but couldn't deal with corporate demands and lack of growing me as a manager.

      Pros

      Coworkers are great, CEO is a fantastic leader, Everyone is treated with the up most respect and it is like a small family. I absolutely love this company and what it stands for.

      Cons

      None really. You need to be on your game at all times and give 100% but that's what you should do at work any ways. It is a high volume, fast paced environment.
