      Pros

      Stability with a lot of work to do.

      Cons

      Micromanagement with always working weekends. No compensation or employee benefits. Forced to be in the office by manager who is himself remote (can easily work remotely) No culture of employee surveys for any decisions.

      HRSoft is remote-friendly to employees.

      Cons

      Owned by the VC Bow River Capital. This group does not care about the employees at their individual companies, their performance, or their contributions, and will lay off employees at will without reason or advance notice.
