Pros
On time Salary most of the times if you are continuously employed. Occasionally employees can get tech support from one another.
Cons
1. Agreed upon perks will never be paid 2. No expenses will paid while traveling on job 3. Salary will be less than the amount agreed upon 4. No health insurance, 401k 5. Its very hard to get in touch with management
