      Salary above other sectors. Good benefits. Outstanding credit rates and car loans. International career opportunities can be possible. Easy to escalate issues.

      Cons

      Hard to get noticed and promoted. They are limited at the moment in regards to promotions and salary raises. Some areas may have unexperienced or incompetent managers.
