Employee friendly & makes enviornment cohesive. Superb HR team, supporting colleagues & motivating manager's. Staff support is awesome. Leave policy is good & office premises is spic & spac perfectly clean Awesome team gatherings .
Cons
Less money. Working hours is not defined as the client base is exhaustingly. No procedure no process training are nil, no process trainer. No process training staff. No social life, no official annual day or annual party. Every one is there to prove their point.
