Pros

Just the pension scheme they have in place, that’s good, hours lunch break helps and the smaller break helps but as for support from mangers - it’s next to nothing!

Cons

No consistent advice from managers, pressurised by managers, no help given - blamed for inaccuracies when fault with system processes at hsbc! Trained on everything underpaid! Have to handle complaints when complaints team can’t do their job properly! Get fobbed off by departments and always targeted with call handling time by managers because they will get a bonus if their team does well!

Pros

Paid great money until they were caught for predictors lending. Legally,they hoy a slap in the wrist, but they were fined heavily.i would work for them again but f given the opportunities. They had awesome company trips as well.

Cons

Came to work one day and they just had the keys changed and the doors padlocked.
