Pros
management are very clickey with their circle of people and opportunities to progress are mainly for those whose fave fits. I suppose that is just relevant to Leeds. overall the company has a very good ethos to employee welfare, but it really depends how your line manager delivers it. I had a very much tick box style manager who just wanted to get me through the motions to cover their own back
Cons
banks make colossal profits yet those lower in the food chain are no longer remunerated by the decent bonuses that used to be paid before the banking crisis.
