      Pros

      Very good place for learning and experiment. There are many good company policies which are employee friendly. A great place for women to work. Work life balance is more over good. Salary package is good.

      Cons

      100% manager center of management. Skills doesn't get value than making your manager to be impressed by anyway. Skilled employees doesn't get proper judgement in terms of performance rating. Very slow to upgrade in new technology

      Pros

      Paid great money until they were caught for predictors lending. Legally,they hoy a slap in the wrist, but they were fined heavily.i would work for them again but f given the opportunities. They had awesome company trips as well.

      Cons

      Came to work one day and they just had the keys changed and the doors padlocked.
