Cons
Do the right thing is alway a slogan only. Some people makes joke about HSBC is How simple become Complicated but HSBC Life is How simple become Complicated for your whole life forever! CEO is Kool and a good sales but he does not care how to solve the operation problem. The COO has no support to his staff but also think he is the best and only know how to criticise his team. The operation has zero leadership. Turnover rate tells the truth, do not need to listen to me. Lot lot struggling in the team and people decide to leave. When people leave, the rest takes up more work and more struggle. This loop has been for long while. Pls stop talking about agile coz it will never happen if the structure is not right.
