Pros
HSBC is like a family if you work with the right people, people will always lend a helping hand, a listening ear, lots of help and support when needed.
Cons
My experience was a pretty positive one. Though the challenge does surface at the start if you've never had such a customer facing role as it can be very daunting at first, but then the reward of seeing, helping and serving a satisfied customer is really great and you get used to being able to answer questions of customers much more easily.
