Pros
Nice quiet office environment. Those who work in the office on daily basis are respectful, friendly and seem to enjoy their job. Monthly cakes to celebrate b-days. Covered parking.
Cons
Anyone with a Leadership position will most likely retire or die at this company so no room for advancement. Top heavy Org - too many chiefs & not enough Indians to do the work. Seems like a "good old boys" network at the top, little diversity there. Millennials look else where as no growth or advancement opportunities exist here!! Employee benefits also not that great - you can find better!
