Executive Directors are great! Office is nice that is provided you are not based on site.
Cons
There is no career progression when I was there until 2016. I do hope that this has changed under a new HR head. Starting pay is low, bonus is low (performance bonus is paid out together with aws), no promotion. There is blatant favouritism.
