Pros
HSO is an overall good employer. The people are very kind and the management appears to be close to the employees. Salaries are good and competitive, Three times per year there are company events.
Cons
Maybe its the consulting industry or maybe not. But most of the consultants will have a period of no work at all. To some people this is the dream. Getting paid for doing nothing. Its fun the first 2 weeks. Then what? Your mind goes numb and you start feeling useless. On top of that, there is favoritism on promotions. If you're good with the upper management, you get promoted or get a raise, regardless of if you are working hard or not.
