      1. Hybrid work culture. 2. Social events. 3. Employee friendly atmosphere. 4. Less head count and more visibilty on each and every employee. 5. Quarterly recongnitions.

      Cons

      1. Being a small company we can't feel the team work atmosphere as the projects are small budget where it needs just 2-3 resources to complete.

      It used to be a great company for growth and making a difference.

      Cons

      After the Bain acquisition, the entire leadership team was replaced my Avanade leadership and their culture is micromanagement and incompetency disguised as 5 layers of management.
