      * the management has changed and behind profit now * hike getting delayed since 2 years, no communication * no good leadership in Hso India, people at AD level are creating fields and learning new things. Helpless people * Individual contributor roles * no transparency in processes

      It used to be a great company for growth and making a difference.

      Cons

      After the Bain acquisition, the entire leadership team was replaced my Avanade leadership and their culture is micromanagement and incompetency disguised as 5 layers of management.
