      Pros

      Laid back environment. Free health benefits.

      Cons

      Very little communication. Paychecks are late sometimes. Paychecks are short quite often. Owner refuses to address problems or make good on promises.

      Nice people in the Beaumont office.

      Cons

      Wasn't paid my correct wage. After explaining my wage wasn't correct I get a text a week later asking me how my new job is going. Told them again wasn't getting paid correct wage. After they had to discuss with whoever they still couldn't figure out $26.50 plus $2.00 night shift incentive is $28.50 not $28.00. Then after getting screwed on pay and quit without 3 day notice they pay your last check minimum wage. They did fix that.
