We love our team here at HT Marketing. From team sporting events to team-building exercises we make it a point to have fun. Each one of our team members is essential to the growth of our organization. We develop individuals into the leaders that they want to be - taking an individualistic approach to our training methods. We are at a point right now where we are investing heavily into our team members to grow beyond our existing footprint!

In the management training program here we are expected to put in a 110% work ethic and attitude every single day which I love. We are paid solely on our value to the company and not just working a 9-5 clock in clock out. We are also given phenomenal incentives/bonuses as no hard work goes unnoticed here!! We are given 1 on 1 coaching from the CEO Mike Rosenberg and he provides exceptional mentorship. We learn the purest form of sales here which is vitally important for whatever path one chooses. I’m so thankful I came across this opportunity at my college career fair!

No downsides. There’s no excuses when it comes to being successful. If you want something bad enough you need to do whatever it takes to get there. A lot of times people will come into the company not wanting to put in the work day In and day out to get to their goals. If one sees it as a sales position that’s all it will ever be to them!
