      Only Pros is if you ware working for client ford that is the only benifit.

      Cons

      They have removed suddenly from the ford project arout 50plus people and moved to bench for 2months.But while leaving the company I’ve paid 1lack .Intially they haven't mentioned buy out option.After I’ve joined with my new organisation they told once paid the amount only they provided me payslip and service letter.Worst organization

      The management is horrendous. The company treats anyone who isn’t Indian as less than and gives them substantially more clients and work. Don’t try being a woman either! You will be given up to 4 different clients with 4-5 lines a piece. I was on 16 lines in total when I Quit. Each client has totally different protocols and requirements and you will not get time to learn these changes. They happen immediately and will fire you if you make a mistake. You will NEVER get a raise. Management will belittle you and allow you to be bullied by other coworkers
