      1. Nice team members but somehow they all work individually only. 2. Decent projects. 3. Good health insurance.

      Cons

      1. Too much micromanagement. For everything you have to explain why and how you did it. 2. Toxic managers. They speak in such a way that we are nothing and you are meant to know everything before coming to the company's culture. 3. HR doesn't work as a bridge between anyone. They just want to keep their job secure.

      The management is horrendous. The company treats anyone who isn’t Indian as less than and gives them substantially more clients and work. Don’t try being a woman either! You will be given up to 4 different clients with 4-5 lines a piece. I was on 16 lines in total when I Quit. Each client has totally different protocols and requirements and you will not get time to learn these changes. They happen immediately and will fire you if you make a mistake. You will NEVER get a raise. Management will belittle you and allow you to be bullied by other coworkers
