      You get paid... minimum but you get paid.

      Cons

      You name it. Management that perks you around? Got it. Team lead that just tells you your downfalls? Plenty. Promised holidays off? Ask me about my Christmas, or Thanksgiving, or new years, or Halloween. Having issues and need escalation? Sent back to you with no explanation. It's honestly confusing how they manage to have so many contracts within healthcare.

      The management is horrendous. The company treats anyone who isn’t Indian as less than and gives them substantially more clients and work. Don’t try being a woman either! You will be given up to 4 different clients with 4-5 lines a piece. I was on 16 lines in total when I Quit. Each client has totally different protocols and requirements and you will not get time to learn these changes. They happen immediately and will fire you if you make a mistake. You will NEVER get a raise. Management will belittle you and allow you to be bullied by other coworkers
