      No employee benefit other than salary, I never seen company that don't provide Paternity leaves No Job security You will be like slave if you work on Client place I never seen such bad company in my 15 yrs career. When i left company i didnt receive any message (bye/good bye/all the best) from either Manager or HR, not even taken any exit formalities

      The management is horrendous. The company treats anyone who isn’t Indian as less than and gives them substantially more clients and work. Don’t try being a woman either! You will be given up to 4 different clients with 4-5 lines a piece. I was on 16 lines in total when I Quit. Each client has totally different protocols and requirements and you will not get time to learn these changes. They happen immediately and will fire you if you make a mistake. You will NEVER get a raise. Management will belittle you and allow you to be bullied by other coworkers
