Pros
Working with My HTC Globals Service has been one of the worst professional experiences I've ever had. There’s absolutely no career growth here — no promotions, no recognition, and zero transparency about how advancement even works Management treats employees with zero respect, like we're disposable or beneath them. The way they talk to people is downright demeaning — like you're a dog, not a professional. It creates a toxic work environment where morale is constantly low and turnover is high.
Cons
They also make false promises during onboarding, but once you're in, you're stuck with poor leadership, unrealistic expectations, and no support.
