Pros
Work from home. Trauma bonds.
Cons
No pay rises. Constant increases in workloads. No constructive interactions with leadership. You are ignored unless you are actively shown as a problem by their software. Forced auto answer. Forced auto ACW ending. Half your coworkers can't look anything up. Lack of access on your accounts. To be frank, I asked my TL directly, "You expect more work for no more pay?" And was told yes. They will throw you into accounts with 1-2 hours of training and basic access. Then wonder why your call times are suddenly so high. Then right after you finally get a handle on it, they give you another company to support. Benefits are a joke. They cut down pto earning down recently as well. I was promised yearly raises and two days off in a row. I called them out when I was first hired for the latter, but didn't know the former would be an issue. Listen to the reviews.
