Pros
Work remote, although I believe that will end soon. Flexible schedule.
Cons
Insanely blatant wage gap from employee to employee. No incentives for good work. No repercussions for bad work. As a good employee, you will be punished with significantly higher standards, significantly higher workload expectations, and signifcantly more difficult work for the same (sometimes less) pay as the bad employees who will get a pat on the back for performing the bare minimum. You will always find someone with the exact same job title being paid significantly more than you, regardless of start date or experience. They claim to care about culture and sensitive world issues but have only proved otherwise. Work-life balance looks good at PTO until you realize the mental and physical strains this job will put on your body and mind. Coming in daily and quietly doing excellent work will get you absolutely nowhere in this company
