Pros
Nice location. Nice Office. Federal Holidays Off.
Cons
Account Managers (at my location at least) are placed in a permanent desk facing a wall versus the entrance of the cube, which would be more conductive to client interaction. The placement is typical of the mindset - you are a worker bee, helping the company one day get acquired by someone. No help in achieving future goals or promotions is offered. Requests for promotions go ignored (literally - no response after numerous follow ups). Very very poor immature inexperienced local branch management. Company picks Managers by their leadership traits, not their industry experience. It should be a combination of both. There is nothing more deflating than being managed by a 22 year old who comes into work wearing sweats and flip flops (unless corporate is coming by). "But she's likeable and will discipline you nicely if you make an error" said her personality test. Ugh.
