      This is one of the larger brokers in this industry.

      Cons

      Some managers are very poor. Bullying etc. These managers have high turnover but don't seem to be questioned on this despite exit interviews to the contrary.

      Pros

      Mostly a remote working environment, though I believe that's changing.

      Cons

      Executive-level management is a joke. There's favoritism all over the place, and the minute you cross one specific Executive Vice President in TechOps, your career is over.
