- Micromanagement - Mediocre salary - Most people did not receive either a pay increase or bonus, some received neither - Mandatory 8hr/wk overtime over end of financial year period - No penalty rates for weekend work or overtime Overall, it felt like we are just numbers or a means to increase shareholder value at whatever cost to employees. The company gives the bare legal minimum, miles behind the rest of the finance sector, people aren't happy, but they take for granted there being limited other opportunities in the industry on the Gold Coast.
