Terrible place to work, bullying, drama, bad training, no career progression - Senior Platform Administrator HUB24 Employee Review

Lots of micromanaging and gets worser if management doesn’t like you. Barely provide training and expect you to be perfect. HR won’t help you and will always try to help management. No career progression, management wants you to stay in your role and if you do try they will provide a bad reference and they will harass you for trying. They demand heaps of overtime with no penalty rates all year round and no appreciation for the overtime and if you don’t do it you will get bullied by management. You will be treated like a number no matter how hard you work and your wellbeing does not matter to HUB24. Lots of drama and high turnover of employees, theres always someone quitting.
