Pros
Great team in headquarters - good incentives and ability to move up or into other positions in other markets. The product is great and overall people are collaborative and management listens. A down to earth and pragmatic approach.
Cons
This year has been tougher than the last three and can affect stability and overall vibe - having said that the business seems to be doing better than most in the current retail market. There were some real issues in Sydney retail that management acted upon and feel that things have changed for the better.
