Not good at all - Sales Advisor HUGO BOSS Employee Review

- extremely difficult to actually make sales because managers have select customers they regard as theirs as well as other staff I worked with, it’s not a fair playing ground to make sales or commission - unprofessional environment of messaging outwith work at 12 o’clock at night onwards - very long days if it isn’t busy - it’s just not an enjoyable place to work and I would not recommend it unless you had previous intense sales experience it isn’t enjoyable, it’s pressurised, managers don’t seem to let anyone separate work/life and don’t have any respect for that - area manager was not nice - wages are a joke
