Pros
Teams in stores are amazing - they become your family. Discount is really great - but they could make womenswear easier to get in for the female staff in menswear-only stores. Really great that commission is on every sale you make - not target-dependent like other retailers. The ‘on boarding’ process has recently been re-vamped and the new workbook gives new staff a great beginning into the company.
Cons
Very target driven, and more and more KPIs added with no added incentives to meet them except ‘you keep your job’. Pay increases in line with experience and/or length of service are non-existent or depend entirely on having a line manager with enough ‘pull’ in the company to secure it for you. Communication with HR is often left with no response and seemingly no action taken.
