Pros
Definitely had a hierarchy system in place depending on who was performing best to worst which is fair. My experience was okay working with the company, however definitely questionable co workers who were slack and did not uphold the standard of the company.
Cons
You have got to have a strong mental toughness to get into a team of experienced sales people. Definitely not for people who don’t have any retail nonetheless luxury retail experience as you will most definitely burn out as I’ve seen that happen often. Had a lot of complaints within the working environment and had included HR within my first 2 weeks of working with the company which wasn’t a good impression Toxic working environment with other stores for some reason which I never understood.
