Pros

ability to work at home and set your own schedule. Positive work environment with other team players.

Cons

Not paid in a timely fashion. Not always truthful to employees. Dialer has to be constantly troubleshooted. Lots of answering machines. Not paid until appointments are set or only paid for Talk time, which can only be for a few seconds when there are too many voice machines.
