Pros
- You can learn a lot in a short time - You will see a lot of different industries - If you have entrepreneurial spirit, you will succeed fast - Awesome colleagues, awesome clients - Great breeding ground for startups & entrepreneurs - Great network for co-founders, investors,... - Very modern culture of organic self-organizing. But I am not sure whether the German workforce and clients are really ready for this
Cons
- There might be a big misunderstanding for Germans and / or business admin students: Innovation is not plannable, it is not one-directional, it is not easy. If you expect clear, one-directional, linear guidance: Go here -> BCG, McK, Deloitte,.. - Have to admit: Somewhat male-dominated leadership culture, which is detrimental to diversified innovation culture (e.g., look at website of leader team)
