Low base salary, overtime expectations, Saturday work sometimes, no growth (job title may change but responsibilities and work generally stay the same), 1-year review cycle however some employees in the department have nearly been 2 years since their last review, Always behind on work due to fast-paced scheduling and workload, Little to no company-sponsored niceties (Most of it was uprooted when covid started) High turnover Most managers in other departments have a huge ego
