Pros
Competitive pay, monthly bonuses, catered lunch once a month. Some good folks to work with. Stable company.
Cons
Old school mentality. Culture is meh… but if you want a job to make friends this is not the place. If you want a job that is stable and good pay assuming you are a top performer, it’s a great place to make or develop your career. Some people can be rude, just depends what you do and what department/manager you work for.
