      Monthly Bonuses if the company completes the objective but also depends of your efficiency. Decent healthcare. One a month provided lunch. Overtime.

      Cons

      Bad management. Bad communication. No accountability for single individuals, blamed as a group. Unorganized. Lack of promotion.

      Pros

      This is a great company to work for. As a manufacturing engineer you get a well rounding experience that allows you to get hands-on assembly/troubleshooting experience, tool design experience, and new product implementation experience. The pay is competitive with monthly bonuses as well as annual bonuses and the 401K discretionary contribution by the employer ends up being higher than the average match offered by other employers. Overall, Haas is a great place to work!

      Cons

      The only con in my opinion is that the company is moving production to Henderson, NV.
