Pros
Haas is a well established and well known organization, and has lots of experience to draw from. Years of process refinement means the engineering processes are organized and well controlled. Compensation is fair, especially bonuses and 401k matching.
Cons
Engineers are encouraged to adhere closely to Gene's vision, so it leaves little opportunity for ideation and creativity. Projects generally move slowly and sequentially, waiting for inputs at each week's management meeting. Culture has much to be improved.
