None every day so stressful

Bad senior leadership team. Do not like new ideas or opinions. New CEO needed.

Unfortunately the Management at this company do not listen to their staff, this is a shame because the Administration Officers, CA's and Housing Officers, etc.. have a great deal of experience which they have obtained whilst working for both Habinteg and previous Housing Associations and Local Authorities. Habinteg do not have a good tenants kindness with physical disabilities or mental health , they just need to listen to all staff, so that the service they provide can hopefully be improved in the future. So many of the staff feel that management ought to be removed as they don't treat their tenants with the kindness and respect that they should. Quite a lot of the time I'm they aren't willing to even listen.

Working around many of the lower staff is enjoyable and there is some pleasant parts but generally working with management it's a total different experience.
