Pros
Most of the people who work here are great, there’s always this feeling of support and kindness that makes your day. The CEO is reachable and very open. I hope they eventually apply the feedback given by employees so they can keep on improving.
Cons
Everyone doing everything is a MESS. Although this seems like a super nice trait, doing other people’s work makes everything harder. As for Customer Service, management is for the least, a complete nightmare. No people skills whatsoever (in spite of managing the department that deals with people on a daily basis), no preparation for managing associates, favouritism and manipulation are just the top of the iceberg. No one listens to your feedback because you are already spotted as a problematic worker. The senior has no idea how to do their job and asks the team members to do it for them, has different excuses for doing personal stuff during working hours, vanishes throughout the entire journey. Management of the department doesn’t listen to the team’s concerns, lies to the associates about work related topics, pushes people (even from other departments) to do things outages their tasks and manipulates them to be afraid of raising concerns and feedback. Last lunch, the cherry on top, ridiculous goals and KPIs are set without properly preparing processes and leaving the customer service associates doing things outside their department and responsibilities, all by theirselves.
