      Once a good flexible work option, not anymore - Finance Associate Habyt Employee Review

      Pros

      All in all it’s still a start-up, and you have a bunch of things happening every day, which leads to a nice learning scale-up. Also you have some nice benefits, like gym membership, access to Calm app and the Fellowship program (which used to be much better but was recently downgraded). Also, personally I felt quite some flexibility with my work schedule.

      Cons

      It used to be a full remote company, with going to the offices totally optional. Recently they turned it to a mandatory 3-day/week in-office policy. But that isn’t the worst of it tbh - Management is completely misaligned with the rest of the company and I didn’t feel valued there; the above mentioned Fellowship Program (which used to be one of the selling points of the company, given that you could go to any of Habyt apartments for free and work from there) was severely downgraded and isn’t really worth it anymore; there’s a very weak company culture, company events are rare and quite forced.
