Pros
People are usually nice and willing to support you on the operational level Advantage of a small company: it is possible to get a good understanding of how the whole company is working. You get many magazines for free!
Cons
Horrible management, and huge pressure to reach the goals. Most part of the time, those goals are really unclear, therefore it is almost impossible to figure out if you are doing OK or not. Small company, so almost no fringe benefits. Very poor work-life balance.
