      Pros

      You're held to a high standard that brings out your best, managed by peers who are close in age. You will be challenged but respected and invested in. Very horizontal. Fun, tight-knit staff. Fantastic gateway into the work world--namely the startup world.

      Cons

      Naturally, many employees are students. So time balance can be tough but it's not too bad.

      - Get exposed to training by a professional in the technical field - Chance to work on hands on group projects during the training - Paired up with an internship at the end of training; a wide variety of companies, each with good projects for all the interns - Network of support even after the program ends

      Cons

      - More meant for freshmen/sophomores who are looking to get an exposure to the technical field - Training might not be geared specifically for the internship
