Pros
I had 3 other job offers at the same time I had a job offer from HackerRank - one of which was for significantly more money. After listening to the CEO, hearing the direction of the company and talking with the team it was a no-brainer decision for me to take my talents to HackerRank. This is a company doing a lot of things right and will be someone to reckon with in short order.
Cons
super start up mode. very small company with little to no structure. all in all things are changing day by day in the right direction but still a lot of sailing the ship while building it
