Used to have a good work life balance, decent off-sites, great managers and co-workers. CEO is slowly but surely destroying the company culture and making it both a tedious and chaotic place to work.

RTO has cost the company a large amount of important and long standing employees, with no ability to replace them. US teams have been without EMs for 6 months - 1+ years, and are losing Product Managers as well.
