      - Great location in the city, close to the T. - A few nice attorneys who are truly smart and willing to take you under their wings - They celebrate birthdays and anniversaries well

      Cons

      - Management incredibly out of touch with staff - Little to no possibility of promotion - Lack of training - Glaring hierarchy among attorneys - Employees often disgruntled - Terrible internal politics

      Great work life balance and challenging work. Opportunity to work with some excellent people and brilliant attorneys. Change in management has been for the better.

      Cons

      Making partner here seems like it is unattainable. Career associate. This is really the only negative as it is an excellent place to work and the people her are great..
