Pros
Nice to work in Central London . Reasonable though not excessive salary. Good balance of enployee ages and abilities.
Cons
It's who you know, not what you know. Definitely a culture of keeping shareholders 'friends happy and in work. No real encouragement given to expand role . No appraisals, let alone a salary/cost of living review, even to evaluate performance. Little support or interest from direct boss. Them and us culture.
