The people other than the founders were cool. The sales team is very good. They can sell stuff that doesn't exist

See the other review here, still same core issues. The founders have very little experience and actively choose not to adapt. The software is written very poorly because there is no organization and the CTO lives in another state despite "no Work From Home, no Holidays" mantra. Sales COO doesn't care lying to customers as long as contracts get signed. There is little AI in the software. Research the origin of the name "Hadrius". An emperor that was into some shady stuff.

The only reason I enjoyed working here was the people. Everything else was terrible, particularly the founders who expect you to work 7 days a week.

Pretty much everything except the people. The product is bad, strategy is worse and the leadership is abysmal.
