Pros
+ Collaborative culture, supportive teams, all looking to do the right thing + Benefits are good - 401k, Employee Stock Program, Healthcare/Dental/Vision + Passion to make products that benefit the patient/customers
Cons
- EC has been almost completely turned over, not familiar with lessons learned - Sr Leadership doesn't take the time to understand history, environment beyond their own staff comments/feedback. This leads them to miss what is truly happening (good or not)
