Decent salaries; work with large, capable teams; many locations all over the world; fortunate enough to work from home.
Cons
Company is very large and the focus on employees is often lost; or when it seems the company is putting focus on employees, it is disguised as a program that's actually meant to benefit company only. Company lacks culture that more modern companies are striving to have.
